Hampton Inn & Suites Jennings

My experience at the Hampton Inn was the best stay that I have ever had at a hotel! Upon arrival, the wonderful staff informed me that it was the grand remodel opening and we would have dinner in the Evangeline room. We were invited to have a wonderful dinner provided by Green’s café and it was truly amazing. The door prizes were phenomenal and breakfast the next morning was delicious! The rooms have been remodeled and are beautiful, spacious, and extremely comfortable. There are several different types of rooms to enjoy. The staff are very professional, kind, and considerate. Please reciprocate this kindness to them! Thank you for an unforgettable stay at Hampton in Jennings, LA.

We made an unscheduled stop in Jennings, LA last week and had a delightful experience. The room was clean & comfortable. Breakfast was exceptionally good and made even better by Amanda so went out of her way to make us feel welcome & make sure we had plenty to eat. The selection of breakfast items was perfect. The waffle bar and oatmeal bar were wonderful, and the lemon scones were a hit!

Front desk staff were very friendly and professional. Nice atmosphere. Clean room and very comfortable bed.

We’ve stayed here several weekends while visiting my wife’s family. This hotel goes above and beyond. We travel with 3 and a 1 year old and from extra pillows to needing a cup of milk at 9 pm they went above and beyond. They even gave us bags with crayons for the kids one morning. The breakfast staff were so friendly and food was fresh. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. If I had to give one complaint it would be that a side door was broken for serval weeks In a row and we had to go around to the parking lot. Great hotel great staff! Amanda in the breakfast area was #1!!!

Housekeeper Sam was helpful and professional taking care of what I needed for my room. She has a great and friendly attitude towards guests which is the way it should be. Keep it up Sam, thank you so much for making me feel welcome and comfortable. On the hand breakfast items were all right, I wish there were more options to choose from like fruit.

Room smell just a little like smoke! Wasn't really to strong but I can tell someone smoked in that room before, room was really nice and comfortable with the exception of that stitch they couldn't get rid of, Due to me being a none smoker you can really tell, but overall Great stay! Would definitely come back!

Room was nice. The hotel was good about working with us on check in time as we arrived very late as well as an early check out. Still waiting on the refund from the 2 nights we didn't stay but it's only been a couple of days. The front desk staff was super! Eldon Rocks!! Only 2 things I would suggest. We stayed in a room designed to accommodate handicapped guests. The tub gets slick with the products provided. Put some sort of traction on the floor of the tub. 2. Side door to hotel near elevators had the latch taped over with clear tape where anyone could just walk in. I notified the front desk of it during our stay. Tighten up security checks a bit. Other than that we would stay again.

Great place to stay while visiting family or just stopping for a night on the road. Plenty of parking space that's well lit, clean, spacious rooms with comfortable beds, solid breakfast and very friendly and helpful staff. Shout out to Jared who took great care of us and all our needs at the front desk! We decided to extend the stay and he made everything very smooth. Considering all that and the fact that we'll be staying here next time too I started looking into getting a Hilton amex card that he mentioned. PS. I highly recommend checking the gas station right next to the hotel for some delicious cajun food! Boudin balls are ! Thank you guys!
